• 本装置的设计、制造和试验完全符合1974年国际海上人命安全公约及其修正案第Ⅲ章第4、34条；经MSC.226(82)修正的MSC.81(70)《经修正的就生设备试验建议》第1部分和第2部分；经MSC.218(82)、修正的MSC.48(66)《国际救生设备规则》第Ⅰ、Ⅴ章的要求。
• 本装置为液压驱动倒出下降的吊艇架，在紧急情况下可通过蓄能器实现吊艇架倒出动作。且艇上船员可通过遥控的方式下放救助艇。失电情况下可通过手摇泵提供液压驱动，实现救助艇下放动作。
• 本装置配套的电动/液压绞车可用于回收载员6人的救助艇。

• The design, manufacture and testing is in full compliance with Regulation 4 and 34 Chapter Ⅲ of International Life-Saving Appliances Code, 1974, as Amended; Part 1 and Part 2 of MSC.81(70) Revised Recommendation on Testing of Life-saving Appliance as amended by MSC.226(82);Chapter Ⅰ and Ⅴ of MSC.48(66) International Life-Saving Appliance Code, as Amended by MSC.218(82).
• 2. The device is driven by hydraulic system. In emergency, the device can be poured out by the accumulator. And crews can launch the rescue boat when they are on board. Also the rescue boat can be slewed outboard and launched by manual pump when the device is under power failure condition .
• The electric/hydraulic winch can be used to recover rescue boat with 6 passenger on board.
