液压回转起重机兼艇/筏降放装置

• 本装置的设计、制造和试验完全符合1974年国际海上人命安全公约及其修正案第Ⅲ章第4、34条；经226(82)修正的MSC.81(70)《经修正的就生设备试验建议》第1部分和第2部分；经MSC.218(82)、修正的MSC.48(66)《国际救生设备规则》第Ⅰ、Ⅴ章的要求。
• 本装置起重机由液压绞车驱动，且起重机的回转半径可通过油缸调节，以实现在适合位置装卸货物。本装置采用液压驱动回转，在失电情况下可将艇或筏旋转到舷外。
• 本装置依靠救助艇/筏本身的自重放艇，可在很短时间内地连续、快速地将救助艇/筏释放至水面上。船员可在登艇后通过遥控钢丝绳控制绞车重锤实现救助艇/筏下放，亦可在甲板上直接操作绞车重锤实现下放动作。
• 本装置配套的电动绞车可用于回收载员6人的救助艇。

• The design, manufacture and testing is in full compliance with Regulation 4 and 34 Chapter Ⅲ of International Life-Saving Appliances Code, 1974, as Amended; Part 1 and Part 2 of MSC.81(70) Revised Recommendation on Testing of Life-saving Appliance as amended by MSC.226(82);Chapter Ⅰ and Ⅴ of MSC.48(66) International Life-Saving Appliance Code, as Amended by MSC.218(82).
• The crane is driven by hydraulic winch, and its working radius could be adjust by hydraulic jack to load and unload goods in proper position.The device is driven by hydraulic system. It can slew boat/raft outboard under power failure condition by accumulator or manual pump.
• The device can launch the boat/raft to water surface continually and quickly by their own gravity. Crews can rotate the arm unidirectional by remote control wire rope. Crews can launch the boat/raft on board through winch break remote control. They can also directly operate the winch break on deck.
• The electric winch can be used to recover lifeboat with 2 passengers or rescue boat with 6 passengers on board.
